About the role: - The company is looking for a Marketing Manager to join its growing team. - The role is suited to someone who combines creativity with a strategic and results-focused approach. - Candidates should be comfortable owning marketing initiatives and driving campaigns with measurable impact. What you'll work on: - Develop marketing strategies aligned with business goals. - Plan and execute marketing campaigns across relevant channels. - Manage digital marketing activities and lead-generation efforts. - Contribute to brand positioning and market visibility. - Plan and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms. - Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality. - Work with sales stakeholders to increase lead-to-customer conversions. - Track campaign performance and analyze results. - Monitor marketing budgets and campaign ROI. - Manage marketing initiatives, events and promotional activities. What we're looking for: - Previous experience in marketing is expected. - Experience managing a team is also required. - Strong understanding of digital marketing and lead generation is important. - Candidates should have strong communication skills. - Good analytical ability is expected for campaign and performance evaluation. - Leadership skills are important for the position. - Prior experience in the real estate industry is considered an advantage.
