About the role: - Work with structured and unstructured datasets to uncover patterns and build predictive models - Develop machine learning solutions that drive business decisions and create measurable impact - Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis using statistical and computational methods - Design experiments to test hypotheses and validate model performance - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deploy models into production environments What you'll work on: - Building classification and regression models for real-world business problems - Creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders - Implementing algorithms using Python, R, or similar languages - Optimizing model accuracy and efficiency through feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning - Documenting methodologies and maintaining reproducible analysis workflows What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and probability - Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks - Ability to write clean, maintainable code and work with version control - Problem-solving mindset with attention to data quality and validation - Comfort learning new tools and adapting to evolving business needs Note: Referral opportunity
