You will guide product strategy and roadmap development, working across engineering, design, and business teams to ship features that matter
You will own the full product lifecycle from conception through launch, using data and user feedback to inform decisions at every stage
You will translate business goals into clear requirements, working closely with engineers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery
You will champion the user experience, balancing stakeholder needs with what users actually need

3–6 years of hands-on Product Management experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
Expertise in Agile methodologies, user story writing, and sprint execution
Demonstrated ability to drive metrics and outcomes through data-backed decisions, not guesswork
Familiarity with or genuine interest in Data Verification, FinTech, EdTech, RegTech, or SaaS platforms
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, comfortable presenting to and influencing diverse teams
Analytical mindset and comfort working in ambiguous situations where you define the path forward

A willingness to spend the first 3 months in Bengaluru before settling in Noida is required
