About the role: - Support the Dealer Connect project by gathering insights from dealership networks across Tamil Nadu - Coordinate with field teams and dealership partners to understand operational challenges and requirements - Analyze data from dealer interactions and synthesize findings into actionable business recommendations - Document processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities What you'll work on: - Visiting dealerships in the Tamil Nadu region to conduct needs assessments and gather feedback - Preparing reports on dealer requirements, pain points, and market observations - Supporting operational coordination between internal teams and external dealer partners - Contributing to process improvements based on field insights What we're looking for: - Current residents of Tamil Nadu who can commit to local travel for dealership engagements - Recent graduates or those entering the workforce for the first time - Fluent Tamil speakers with ability to communicate clearly in the local language - Conversational English proficiency for internal team communication - Problem-solving mindset with ability to break down complex operational issues - Strong interest in learning business processes and analytical thinking - Reliable communicator who can build rapport with dealership stakeholders
