About the role: - Architect and support dynamic, adaptive web interfaces alongside polished landing page designs - Craft thoughtful, accessible visual experiences that prioritize user engagement and satisfaction - Weave together motion effects, smooth transitions, and responsive interactions across pages - Harness contemporary AI platforms to streamline and expedite your development workflow - Fine-tune site structure and technical performance to enhance search visibility and load times - Diagnose and fix live site problems to keep deployments running smoothly What you'll work on: - Frontend architecture using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build feature-rich applications - Component development and state management with React - Translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready code - Styling workflows using Tailwind CSS for rapid, consistent visual development - Integrating animation and micro-interaction libraries to elevate user delight - Search engine optimization tactics including structured markup and metadata refinement - Site speed audits, asset optimization, and Core Web Vitals improvements - Deployment pipelines via hosting platforms and version control What we're looking for: - 1–2 years in frontend or web development roles - Solid grasp of semantic HTML, CSS layout systems, and vanilla JavaScript - Comfort building interfaces with React and managing component lifecycle - Eye for typography, color theory, spacing, and visual hierarchy - Proven ability to translate wireframes and mockups into interactive prototypes - Working knowledge of Google Search Console, indexing concepts, and basic SEO principles - Hands-on experience with Figma for design collaboration and handoff - Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks - Track record using generative AI tools—Cursor, Lovable, Claude, or ChatGPT—to boost productivity - Animation library experience such as Framer Motion, GSAP, or AOS - Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end frontend projects with strong UI sensibility You'll thrive here if: - You spot design inconsistencies and usability friction instinctively - You ship complete, polished websites solo from concept through launch - You approach technical roadblocks with experimentation and resourcefulness - You're excited to explore and adopt emerging frontend tools and techniques
