About the role: - Decide is hiring its first Forward Deployed Engineer. - The engineer will work closely and directly with the company leadership. - The role combines technical execution, customer discovery and commercial problem solving. What you'll work on: - Help identify and engage potential customers. - Speak directly with customers to understand their business problems and operational needs. - Deploy Decide's AI models and agents into real customer workflows. - Integrate AI capabilities with spreadsheets and documents used by customers. - Work with ERP systems and other internal business platforms. - Adapt technical solutions to fit existing customer processes rather than isolated demo environments. What we're looking for: - Candidates should have strong technical capabilities. - Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs are important. - Applicants should be practical and comfortable solving real-world implementation problems. - The role requires confidence working directly with customers.
