Data Analyst Intern (+PPO)

About the role: - Track and maintain management information systems reporting infrastructure alongside dashboard setup to monitor core operational performance indicators. - Query and manipulate operational datasets using MS Excel and SQL to surface insights that drive decision-making. - Participate in the full lifecycle of marketing initiatives, from initial planning and design through execution and measurement. - Liaise across departments and with external contacts to ensure projects move forward without delays. - Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and contribute ideas for process redesign and systems automation. - Join other teams on initiatives that cut across functional areas. What you'll work on: - Building and refreshing dashboards that capture performance across logistics, operations, and business metrics. - Writing SQL queries to extract, clean, and prepare data for analysis and reporting. - Supporting campaign strategy by helping shape messaging, timeline, and audience targeting. - Creating visual assets and marketing collateral with design software. - Documenting findings and presenting them to stakeholders in clear, structured formats. - Troubleshooting data discrepancies and validating the accuracy of reports before circulation. What we're looking for: - Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization. - Working knowledge of SQL, or genuine enthusiasm to develop SQL skills on the job. - Solid grasp of data analytics methods and how to interpret analytical results. - Genuine interest in how marketing campaigns are built, measured, and optimized. - Experience with Canva, Adobe, or comparable design platforms. - Meticulous approach to work with a track record of catching errors and maintaining data integrity. - Clear communicator who can explain findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues. - Comfort coordinating across teams and managing multiple stakeholder priorities.
