Batch: 2026/2027/2028. Selection Process: - Technical screening round with 15 multiple-choice questions to assess core technical knowledge - Two coding problems to evaluate problem-solving and implementation skills - One SQL query question to test database fundamentals - Submission of a deck outlining your proposed solution to the Campaign Intelligence Workflow challenge - Interview round diving deeper into your technical methodology, approach to solving problems, and capacity to take ownership of work What You'll Do: - Build an in-office prototype over a 2–3 month internship period focused on the Campaign Intelligence Workflow - Participate in structured checkpoint reviews to track progress and refine your work - Present your prototype through demos to gather feedback and demonstrate impact - Tackle real technical problems in a professional engineering environment with guidance from experienced mentors What We're Looking For: - Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts - Ability to write clean, efficient SQL queries and understand database design - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and willingness to iterate - Ownership mentality and ability to work independently within a structured framework
