About the role: - Join Deutsche Bank's Private Banking division in Mumbai through a structured graduate program - Work with global teams transforming financial services - Participate in an extensive training program before placement on a Private Bank desk - Support the PB India Centre which handles Wealth Management and Retail Banking across research, investment management, lending, portfolio management, business analysis, client coverage, risk and controls What you'll do: - Contribute to research, investment management and content creation for global portfolios - Support credit review, portfolio management and lending operations - Help with business performance reporting, forecasts and budgets - Assist with client reviews and relationship management support - Work on strategy, competitor analysis and marketing initiatives - Support program management on operational, strategic and regulatory projects - Contribute to risk identification, assessment and mitigation What they're looking for: - Strong understanding of finance, banking and risk - Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail - Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Drive, initiative and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Flexibility and openness to collaboration across teams and levels - Ability to work effectively in virtual global teams within a matrix organization - Experience or interest in AI, automation tools and emerging technologies (Copilot, Power Apps, VBA) is a plus - Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau) and data storytelling is a plus Good to know: - Based in Mumbai - Hybrid work model available for qualifying roles - Outstanding academic record required
