About this role

About the role: - Oversee reference data used across banking systems and infrastructure - Support the data lifecycle from capture through validation, classification and quality control - Maintain processes for data setup, storage, distribution and system configuration - Participate in projects to improve infrastructure efficiency What you'll do: - Process account opening, maintenance and SSI function requests in downstream systems - Validate data completeness and correctness against documentation - Monitor mailboxes for processing tasks and queries - Meet 100% productivity targets and 100% accuracy in two-eye processing within agreed SLA - Investigate and resolve open or risk items, escalating when necessary - Create end-of-day reports and ensure EOD controls for daily transactions - Review and suggest improvements to standard operating procedures - Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work - Maintain adherence to STARC standards and controls - Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Audit, Compliance and Regulatory teams - Participate in team meetings and employee engagement activities What they're looking for: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 0.6 to 6 years of work experience in corporate banking - Basic knowledge of banking operations and financial products (fixed income, cash, derivatives, futures, options, swaps) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Strong communication skills - Ability to work well in fast-paced, changing environments - Flexible working hours including potential support across different time zones on rotation - Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines - Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity while applying critical judgment Good to know: - Based in Jaipur - Full-time role
