About the role: - Develop and maintain software features under guidance from experienced engineers - Write clean, maintainable code across various technologies and frameworks - Debug issues and optimize application performance - Participate in code reviews and learn from feedback - Contribute to the full development lifecycle from design through testing What we're looking for: - Enrolled in or holder of a B.E./B.Tech degree - Portfolio of work including personal projects, coursework submissions, freelance efforts, or prior internships - An active GitHub account with genuine code samples and a history of meaningful contributions - Experience competing in hackathons, coding contests, or attending technical conferences - Strong ability to break down problems logically and think through solutions systematically - Demonstrated passion for building software and understanding how products come to life - Drive to learn independently, pick up new languages and libraries on your own, and grow your technical foundation - Ability to explain your ideas clearly and work productively alongside teammates across disciplines
