About the role: - Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate those into technical solutions - Lead the preparation of business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement documents (FRD) that guide development teams - Develop proposals and contribute to pre-sales activities, helping to shape engagements from the start - Manage client relationships throughout project lifecycles, serving as a bridge between stakeholders and delivery teams What we're looking for: - 4 or more years of experience in business analysis - Strong capability in gathering, documenting and analyzing business requirements - Demonstrated success in creating and refining BRD and FRD documentation - Track record in pre-sales support and proposal writing for client engagements - Proven client management and stakeholder communication skills - Ability to work across teams to align business objectives with technical delivery
