About the role: - Oversee day-to-day task allocation and track completion across team members - Recruit, bring on board, and integrate new team members including employees, freelancers, and interns - Leverage ChatGPT and similar AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity - Maintain clear, professional written and verbal communication with colleagues and stakeholders - Coordinate calendars, arrange appointments, and set up team meetings - Prepare agendas for meetings, capture action items, and distribute documented minutes - Support the execution of projects from planning through delivery - Conduct research to inform decision-making and project strategy - Handle both administrative responsibilities and operational support tasks What we're looking for: - Strong command of spoken English for clear communication with team members - Strong command of written English for drafting correspondence, documentation, and project materials - Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage time effectively - Willingness to learn product management fundamentals while growing into the role - Initiative to take ownership of assigned projects and see them through - Comfort with using technology tools and a readiness to adopt new platforms
