About the role: - Analyse business problems and data to support strategic decisions for clients - Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and translate needs into actionable insights - Build SQL queries and manipulate data in Excel or Google Sheets to uncover patterns and validate hypotheses - Develop recommendations based on quantitative analysis and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences - Take ownership of analytical projects from conception through delivery, often working independently at client sites What we're looking for: - At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analytics, product analytics, consulting, or roles involving direct client interaction and analytical problem-solving - Demonstrated capability in analytical thinking, breaking down complex problems, and managing relationships across teams and with external stakeholders - Proficiency with SQL for querying databases and comfort working with Excel or Google Sheets for data manipulation and modelling - Strong written and verbal communication ability, with confidence presenting to varied audiences - Readiness to relocate to Bengaluru for a 3-month foundational training programme, followed by permanent placement in Thane on an onsite basis Preferred background: - Prior exposure to fintech, banking, financial services, product adoption metrics, or customer engagement initiatives
