About the role: - Turn conceptual ideas into intuitive and user-focused digital experiences across web and mobile platforms - Build interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using Figma - Establish and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across projects - Work closely with development teams and clients throughout the design process - Refine designs based on stakeholder and user feedback to achieve the best outcomes What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in UX/UI design principles and best practices - Hands-on expertise with Figma for interface design and prototyping - Demonstrated portfolio showcasing previous design work and problem-solving approach - Detail-oriented approach to pixel-perfect design and user interaction - Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and suggest improvements - Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life
