About the role: - Bridge strategic business needs with technical implementation across product teams - Synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market data to shape product direction and strategy - Work within Agile Development methodologies to manage the full product lifecycle from conception through delivery - Document and communicate requirements with precision to both engineering and business stakeholders - Present product strategy, progress updates, and business cases to senior leadership and cross-functional peers What you'll work on: - Gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform prioritization decisions - Translating business objectives into clear technical specifications and user stories - Navigating between business strategy and technical constraints to find workable solutions - Articulating product value propositions and expected benefits to stakeholders at all levels - Partnering with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams on execution What we're looking for: - 1–2 years in a business analyst, product analyst, or comparable role - Strong command of both written and spoken communication across audiences - Analytical thinking that uncovers insights from market research, user behavior, and competitive landscape - Ability to synthesize complex information and present it clearly and persuasively - Comfort switching between business logic and technical architecture in conversation - Experience working within Agile frameworks and sprints - Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is a plus
