Manage data quality and integration processes across the organisation, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all departmental sources
Track and analyse core key performance indicators to assess operational health, flag risks early, and spot avenues for growth
Design and maintain dashboards for senior leadership, converting raw data into clear, strategic recommendations
Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline routine reporting tasks and build more intelligent analytical workflows

Data cleaning, validation, and governance to maintain a reliable information foundation
Performance monitoring dashboards and KPI tracking systems
Translating business questions into data queries and visual outputs
Automating repetitive analysis work using artificial intelligence and modern tools
Presenting findings to executives in formats they can act on immediately

Proficiency in Excel with competence in XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data modelling techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset paired with business judgment
Ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders with clarity
Comfort and familiarity with AI tools for automating and enhancing analytical workflows
Degree qualification: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc., MCA, or MBA
Experience with Power BI, SQL, or Google Sheets is valuable
Previous work in a startup environment is a bonus
