About the role: - Contribute to an AI-native platform designed to engage sports fans through live events, highlight clips, statistics, content, interactive experiences and competitive contests - Develop products and features that reach millions of users across the sports entertainment space - Move projects from conception through development to launch, owning the full arc from problem identification to shipped solution - Leverage AI tools, agents and coding assistants as core parts of your development workflow to accelerate building and iteration What you'll work on: - Building user-facing features and experiences for a high-traffic sports platform - Experimenting with AI-powered development techniques to ship code faster - Collaborating on products that combine live sports, video content, data analytics and user engagement - Taking ownership of features that have real impact on how millions of fans experience sports What we're looking for: - Engineers who are hands-on builders with a bias toward getting things done - Comfort learning new tools and approaches, especially AI-assisted development - Problem-solving mindset that moves from ideation straight into execution - Initiative to figure out what works through building and testing rather than endless planning
