About the role: - Build and customize ServiceNow workflows and modules under mentorship from experienced engineers - Support implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise clients - Develop technical configurations and integrations within the ServiceNow platform - Contribute to deployment and troubleshooting of ServiceNow instances - Participate in design and testing of service management solutions - Document technical specifications and implementation details What you'll work on: - ServiceNow platform development from foundational concepts through advanced configurations - Real-world ServiceNow implementation projects guided by internal engineers - JavaScript-based customization and scripting within ServiceNow - Integration work connecting ServiceNow with other enterprise systems - Testing and quality assurance of ServiceNow deployments - Learning industry best practices in IT service management What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or equivalent program completion in Software Engineering, IT, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field - Basic knowledge of JavaScript - Strong English communication skills in both written and verbal forms - Japanese language proficiency is a valuable addition to your profile - Commitment to complete all structured training components offered in the program - Readiness for full-time employment with a 2-year commitment following program completion Selection process: - Round 1: CV screening and English language assessment - Round 2: Technical knowledge and English communication interview What to submit: - Resume in English - Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or certificate of program completion - Academic transcript - English language certificate - Technical certificate if available
