Role Overview: - Direct exposure to the Founder & Senior Leadership Team and an opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives across Business Strategy, Analytics, AI, Automation, Finance, and Growth. Key Responsibilities: - Business performance & data analysis. - AI & automation initiatives. - Market & competitive research. - Financial modelling & business cases. - Leadership presentations & investor/board materials. - Cross-functional strategic projects. - Tracking execution of key business initiatives. Ideal Candidate: - 2026 graduate from IITs, IIMs or other premier institutions. - Background in Engineering, CS, Economics, Finance, MBA/Business Administration. - Strong analytical & problem-solving skills. - Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills. - Knowledge of SQL/Python/BI tools is an advantage. - Strong interest in AI, Strategy & Technology. - Excellent communication and ownership mindset.
