About Ekara: - Ekara is a contemporary Indian lifestyle brand in its early stages of growth What you'll work on: - Identify and develop corporate gifting opportunities for business clients - Research emerging products that align with the brand's direction - Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors - Develop content and outreach strategies to engage prospective customers - Support the planning and execution of brand events - Contribute to the company across multiple functions including sales, marketing, operations and growth initiatives - Partner directly with founders on strategic decisions and day-to-day operations What we're looking for: - Strong curiosity and genuine interest in how brands are built - Proactive approach to identifying problems and creating solutions - Resourcefulness in finding information, connecting dots and making progress with limited guidance - Willingness to take full ownership of projects and see them through - Self-directed mindset with ability to work independently and figure things out as they come up - Comfort with ambiguity and changing priorities in a startup environment - Adaptability across different areas of the business How you'll work: - Full-time, in-person internship at Ekara's office
