About the role: - Support program managers in coordinating projects, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards - Maintain and update project documentation, spreadsheets, and presentation materials - Monitor task progress, flag bottlenecks, and assist in removing blockers to keep work on track - Help organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions - Contribute to process improvements and help teams work more efficiently What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, Economics, or a related field; or currently in your final year of study - Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis - Ability to create clear presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Excellent organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail - Comfort solving problems independently and learning new tools quickly - Readiness to own tasks, take initiative, and thrive in a dynamic setting - Prior experience in internships, academic projects, college leadership, or organizing events will strengthen your application
