About the role: - Join EA as a Software Engineer Intern and contribute to projects that power some of the world's most popular games and interactive experiences - Work alongside experienced engineers on real software challenges, gaining hands-on exposure to professional development practices and industry-standard tools - Participate in the full development lifecycle, from planning and coding to testing and deployment What you'll work on: - Develop features, fixes and improvements across EA's diverse portfolio of games and software platforms - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, producers and QA specialists - Debug, optimize and refine code to meet performance and quality standards - Contribute to code reviews and learn from feedback in a mentorship-driven environment What we're looking for: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field - Strong foundation in at least one programming language such as C++, Java, Python or C# - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies - Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code Good to know: - Post-graduation offer (PPO) opportunity available for strong performers - This internship provides a genuine entry point into the game development and software engineering industry - You'll gain insight into how large-scale systems operate at a global entertainment company
