Data Scientist / AIML Engineer

About the role: - Work with data science and AI/ML projects to develop and deploy intelligent systems that solve real-world problems - Build, train, and optimize machine learning models using industry-standard tools and frameworks - Analyze complex datasets to uncover insights and drive data-informed decision making - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions - Contribute to the full lifecycle of AI/ML projects from concept through production implementation What we're looking for: - Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and system development - Strong SQL skills to query, manipulate, and work with relational databases - Solid understanding of machine learning and AI model development and deployment - Hands-on experience or familiarity with Generative AI and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technologies - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex challenges into manageable solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate ideas and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders Who you are: - A fresher or professional with up to 3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering - Available to join immediately - Eager to build a career in the data science and AI/ML domain
