AI Research Engineer

About this role

About the role: - Develop and implement machine learning and deep learning systems that advance the organization's research agenda - Translate published research into working code and experimental setups - Design and run experiments to validate hypotheses and improve model performance - Work with neural networks and modern model architectures to solve complex problems What you'll work on: - Building prototypes and production implementations of AI systems - Collaborating on research initiatives from conception through evaluation - Optimizing model architectures for both accuracy and efficiency - Documenting findings and contributing to the research output What we're looking for: - Strong programming fundamentals with the ability to write clean, efficient code - Solid grasp of machine learning theory and deep learning principles - Understanding of neural network design, model architectures, and research methodologies in AI - Demonstrated ability to take published research papers and turn them into functional implementations - Hands-on experience conducting machine learning experiments and interpreting results - Familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow frameworks - Knowledge of statistical methods and their application to model evaluation
