About the role: - Build complete products from concept to deployment as one of the founding technical team members - Own the full stack of backend systems, from API design through database architecture to deployment - Shape engineering practices and technical direction during the critical early phase of the company - Solve complex problems with minimal guidance in a lean startup setting What you'll work on: - Designing and implementing robust backend infrastructure and system architecture - Creating APIs and managing databases that power the product - Writing clean, maintainable code that scales as the company grows - Identifying and fixing technical bottlenecks before they become obstacles What we're looking for: - Demonstrated strength in writing code and shipping complete features independently - Deep understanding of backend development patterns, API design, and database systems - Comfort working solo on critical projects in a fast-moving environment - A mindset focused on solving user problems and shipping what matters - Readiness to take full responsibility for the code and systems you build
