About the role: - Gain hands-on experience in software engineering during your internship with Esri India - Work on real-world development projects under the mentorship of experienced engineers - Contribute to building and maintaining software solutions used across geospatial and mapping technologies What you'll work on: - Develop and test software components as part of the engineering team - Collaborate with developers to understand requirements and implement features - Learn industry best practices in coding, version control, and software development workflows - Debug issues and participate in code reviews to improve code quality What we're looking for: - Minimum 18 years of age at the time of accepting the internship - Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a government-recognised degree or diploma programme - Strong foundation in computer science or software engineering concepts - Ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team environment - Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail What you need to know: - Written permission from your educational institution is mandatory before joining - This is a formal internship programme with structured learning and mentorship - You will be expected to balance internship responsibilities with your academic commitments
