About the role: - Develop and deploy AI solutions in a production environment, working with modern generative AI frameworks and tools - Build applications that leverage large language models and retrieval-augmented generation systems - Create backend services and user interfaces for AI-powered features - Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize models for real-world use cases What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a closely related technical discipline - 0–1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML or IT roles, or fresh graduates with strong academic projects in AI and machine learning - Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, Streamlit, Docker, and REST APIs - Clear verbal and written communication ability - Capability to analyze problems logically and devise practical solutions About you: - You are driven to learn new technologies and methodologies in the AI space - You seek opportunities to apply your skills to real challenges and grow your expertise - You bring enthusiasm to collaborative teamwork and continuous self-improvement
