About the role: - Transform raw business data into actionable insights through systematic analysis and reporting - Build and maintain data pipelines using SQL to extract, clean, and structure information from multiple sources - Create spreadsheet models in MS Excel to visualize trends, support decision-making, and communicate findings to stakeholders - Partner with business teams to understand their reporting needs and translate them into data solutions What we're looking for: - A mindset driven by curiosity and a genuine interest in deepening your expertise in data reporting and analytics - Foundational competence in SQL to write queries and manipulate datasets - Proficiency with MS Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization - The ability to break down complex problems into logical steps and identify root causes - Clear verbal and written communication to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences - Logical thinking and resourcefulness when facing ambiguous business questions - Recently graduated or early in your career; freshers are encouraged to apply - Gaps in your education or work history will not be held against you Work arrangement: - On-site position based in Whitefield, Bangalore
