About the role: - Support the technical team by handling administrative and operational tasks across assigned engagements - Manage fees, billings, invoicing and budget-related matters to keep projects running smoothly - Oversee documentation, filing and archival to ensure nothing falls through the cracks - Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders and clients on your assigned engagement - Organize non-technical planning activities and coordinate logistics for your account teams - Prepare reports and dashboards that inform client teams and senior leadership decision-making - Review working papers and client folders to maintain quality and compliance standards - Foster clear communication across the engagement to maintain strong client relationships What you'll bring: - Understanding of the services your engagement delivers, so you can suggest ways to refine them - Ability to spot problems before they become crises and recommend improvements to client service delivery - Comfort working in a team environment and a genuine collaborative mindset - Strong attention to detail and diligence across all work products - Capacity to juggle multiple responsibilities and shift priorities as needs change - Clear written and spoken communication that clients and colleagues understand - Willingness to bring fresh thinking and creative problem-solving when the situation calls for it - Analytical skills and the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps - Passion for learning, a drive to develop new capabilities, and comfort thinking digitally - Adaptability when working across different teams and engagement styles
