About the role: - You'll work on frontend features and components using React in a professional web development environment - You'll collaborate with a small team, contributing to real projects from design through implementation and testing - Your work will involve building responsive interfaces, optimizing user experience, and maintaining code quality What you'll work on: - Creating and refining React components using component-based development patterns - Writing and debugging JavaScript (ES6+) code, including DOM manipulation and frontend routing - Consuming REST APIs and handling asynchronous JavaScript to connect frontends to backend services - Testing your work across different browsers and devices to ensure responsiveness and performance - Code reviews, feedback cycles, and iterating on your solutions based on team input What we're looking for: - Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals - Hands-on experience building with React and understanding component architecture - Working knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity with version control using Git and GitHub - Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming patterns - Ability to debug systematically, solve problems independently, and learn from existing codebases - Portfolio, GitHub profile, or personal project showcasing your frontend work is preferred - Problem-solving mindset with focus on finding and implementing solutions - Code that prioritizes readability, maintainability, and clarity over quick fixes - Genuine curiosity about React, modern JavaScript, and frontend development trends - Comfort picking up new tools and technologies as projects require - Attention to UI polish, responsiveness, performance optimizations, and user experience details - Openness to code review feedback and willingness to revise work without defensiveness - Organizational skills, clear communication, and ownership of tasks you commit to - Self-reliant approach to research, experimentation, and problem-solving - Interest in leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to enhance productivity while maintaining code quality
