MIS Analyst

About this role

Batch: 2023/2024/2025/2026. Responsibilities: - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. - Collect and consolidate data from multiple sources. - Maintain accurate databases and reporting systems. - Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports. - Track operational and business performance metrics. - Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution. - Automate repetitive reporting processes wherever possible. - Provide timely reports and insights to management. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. - Advanced MS Excel skills. - Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, and Excel dashboards. - Basic understanding of SQL and databases. - Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. - Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. - Good communication and reporting skills. - Experience in Fintech/NBFC/InsurTech would be great.
