About FireCompass: FireCompass is a product organisation based in Bangalore that builds security and compliance solutions. We're seeking a final-year B.Tech or M.Tech student, or a recent engineering graduate, to spend 6 months on our Product team. What you'll work on: - Partner closely with a Product Manager across all phases of product development - Create product specifications and wireframes that guide engineering and design work - Research competitive landscapes and market trends to inform strategy - Own release planning, coordination and delivery operations - Build internal automation tools and shape go-to-market approaches What we're looking for: - Ability to think through problems in a structured, logical way - Strong sense of ownership — you drive work to completion rather than waiting for direction - Action-oriented approach; you prefer getting things done over extended planning - Genuine interest in building and shipping real products, not just theorising about them - Engineering background from a final year or recent graduation About the internship: - Duration of 6 months - Based in Bangalore - Hands-on role working directly with product leadership
