Business Analytics Intern (+PPO)

About the role: - You will gather raw business data from various sources, then cleanse and structure it for analysis using Excel and Google Sheets. - Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, MIS reports, and performance metrics that the organization relies on for decision-making. - Dig into marketing campaign performance, study conversion funnels, measure customer engagement patterns, and identify emerging business trends. - Contribute analytical support to corporate partnership reporting and new business development efforts. - Research competitors, benchmark against market standards, and produce strategic business analysis. - Transform data findings into clear presentations and concrete, actionable recommendations for stakeholders. - Work closely with teams across the organization to verify data accuracy and meet reporting timelines. What we're looking for: - Solid proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including comfort with data manipulation and calculations. - Strong analytical mindset with numerical literacy and the ability to break down complex problems into solvable pieces. - Detail-oriented approach to work with reliable time management and deadline ownership. - Clear communicator who can explain findings to non-technical audiences and show genuine interest in developing new skills. - Experience with pivot tables, dashboard creation, SQL, Power BI, or AI-assisted productivity tools would be a plus.
