About the role: - You'll be embedded within the customer experience function, the sole intern in this entire division across FlentX's seven core functions - Rather than working on isolated tasks, you'll jump directly into the team's highest-priority work, operating alongside colleagues in the same fast-paced environment they navigate daily - Your days will involve responding to urgent customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to how the company connects with its users What you'll work on: - Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and support escalations that shape the company's reputation - Identifying patterns in customer concerns and reporting insights back to the team - Testing features and processes from a user's perspective to spot friction points - Collaborating with product and growth teams to understand how customer experience drives business outcomes - Contributing to documentation, communication templates, or systems that improve how the team operates What we're looking for: - Someone curious about how startups actually function beyond the headline wins - Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to learn across multiple business functions, not just your own - The ability to stay calm and effective when priorities shift or urgency spikes - Interest in understanding how product, growth, operations, brand, and customer experience interconnect - Strong communication skills — you'll be translating between customers and internal teams constantly Good to know: - This internship is designed as an apprenticeship: you're here to develop instincts and perspective, not to execute one narrow skill and move on - You'll gain firsthand exposure to how startups scale and the real constraints teams face - This role suits those who might run their own company someday or want to experience startup intensity authentically - You'll leave with confidence born from having worked alongside the team on what actually matters, not what's convenient for an intern to handle
