About the role: - Join customer conversations and examine support channels to identify product gaps and user pain points - Synthesize insights from users and support data into clear problem definitions and functional specifications - Collaborate with design and engineering teams to shape and ship new features - Establish metrics to measure feature success and monitor performance post-launch - Conduct competitive landscape research, draft release communications, and validate onboarding workflows What you'll work on: - Understanding how customers interact with the product and what obstacles they face - Translating user feedback into actionable product direction and requirements - Bridging customer needs with what your engineering and design counterparts build - Ensuring launched features move the needle on the metrics that matter - Staying aware of what competitors offer and how the product onboards new users What we're looking for: - 0–3 years of professional experience, with prior exposure to B2B or SaaS products preferred; relevant internships qualify - Ability to write clearly and think through problems in a structured way - Familiarity with SQL, Mixpanel, or equivalent analytics tools, or readiness to pick them up fast - Genuine interest in how people use software and why they make the choices they do - A dependable home setup for remote work
