About this role
About the role: - You will own product features and improvements across Flick TV's platform, driving them from conception through launch - Partner with engineering, design, marketing and business teams to define and execute product strategy - Analyse user data and feedback to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses - Manage stakeholder alignment across multiple departments while maintaining clear communication channels What we're looking for: - At least 1 year of experience working in a product management or related product function - Demonstrated track record of shipping a complete feature or product from initial concept to market release - Strong ability to think through problems systematically, identify root causes and develop thoughtful solutions - Comfort working with metrics and data to guide prioritisation and measure impact - Proven capability in coordinating across teams with different priorities and communicating product vision clearly - High level of ownership coupled with adaptability to move quickly in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
