About the role: - Analyze spending patterns and cost drivers within reward and personnel budgets - Investigate root causes behind spending spikes and identify periods of underutilization - Present data-backed recommendations to senior stakeholders using professional communication - Build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators across reward programs What you'll work on: - Managing and manipulating large datasets using advanced Excel functions including Power Query and Pivot Tables - Creating complex formulas and logical models to support financial analysis - Building visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to communicate insights clearly - Working with P&L statements and understanding accrual accounting principles - Analyzing personnel costs and their impact on overall business metrics What we're looking for: - Proficiency in advanced Excel with Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex logic - Hands-on experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization - Strong grasp of P&L statements, accrual accounting, and personnel cost structures - Proven ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders - Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Darwinbox and their payroll module integrations
