FC (Fulfilment Center) Operations

About the role: - Oversee the movement of goods in and out of the fulfilment center on a daily basis, coordinating with teams to meet order targets. - Receive incoming shipments and verify their condition, quantity and quality against procurement standards. - Maintain accurate warehouse records, track inventory across all SKUs, and reconcile physical stock with system data regularly. - Lead and supervise warehouse teams, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to operational procedures. - Conduct regular stocktakes and cycle counts to keep inventory levels accurate and flag discrepancies. - Train new and existing warehouse staff on safety protocols, sorting methods, packing standards and system usage. - Analyze operational metrics, identify bottlenecks and prepare reports for management review. What we're looking for: - Background in fulfilment center or warehouse operations. - Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA preferred. - Proven ability to spot inefficiencies and drive process improvements that cut costs. - Commitment to maintaining high standards across all warehouse activities. - Capability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate effectively across functions.
