Operations Executive

About the role: - You will support the management and execution of fleet operations across our logistics network. - Monitor linehaul operations to track vehicle utilization and the movement of shipments in real time. - Identify operational delays and inefficiencies by reviewing performance against established metrics. - Work with transportation partners and cross-functional internal teams to resolve issues and keep operations on track. - Examine operational data to uncover opportunities for improving logistics efficiency and reducing costs. - Contribute to initiatives that strengthen delivery performance and customer experience. What you'll work on: - Daily oversight of fleet and logistics execution, ensuring smooth coordination across all moving parts. - Data collection and analysis to spot trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization. - Communication with external logistics partners and internal departments to align on priorities and resolve blockers. - Developing recommendations based on operational insights to drive continuous improvement. What we're looking for: - Solid grounding in fleet management, logistics operations, and transportation principles. - Knowledge of logistics execution, linehaul planning, and shipment tracking processes. - Strong ability to analyze problems, think through solutions, and coordinate across teams. - Proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools—a significant asset for this role. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
