About the role: - Develop software using coding agents like Claude Code as your primary development workflow - Build and integrate AI-powered features that leverage large language models and agentic systems - Work with tool use, orchestration, prompt design and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) approaches - Collaborate on backend and frontend systems that power freight technology solutions What we're looking for: - Hands-on engineering experience, with willingness to adopt AI-coding agents for your day-to-day work - Strong Python skills and working knowledge of React.js and MongoDB - Demonstrated experience building LLM and agentic applications using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP or custom implementations - Proficiency with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex or equivalent systems - Fluent English—both written and verbal—to author clear specifications and effectively communicate with team members - Kotlin or Java experience is a bonus What you'll bring: - The ability to design and articulate technical requirements in writing - Comfort delegating tasks to AI agents and leveraging them in your workflow
