About the role: - Build and maintain web applications using modern full-stack technologies at Funnel Leasing Inc - Develop backend services with Python and Django frameworks - Create interactive user interfaces using JavaScript and React - Work with REST APIs, HTTP protocols, HTML, and CSS to deliver seamless experiences - Contribute to code quality through version control systems, automated testing, and peer review processes What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience in software development - Up to 2 years of professional software engineering experience, which may include internships, freelance work, or substantial personal projects - Proven ability to build backend systems with Python and Django - Demonstrated frontend development skills using JavaScript and React - Solid grasp of debugging techniques, testing methodologies, and collaborative code review practices - Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code, paired with independent technical judgment - Clear communication abilities and aptitude for working effectively within engineering teams - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset applied to technical challenges - Genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and thriving in a dynamic, fast-moving workplace
