Technical Project Coordinator (Power BI)

About the role

• You will coordinate technical projects that rely on Power BI, managing timelines, deliverables, and team effort to ensure smooth execution from kickoff through completion.
• Your days involve creating and refining dashboards and reports that turn raw data into insights stakeholders can act on, while keeping projects moving forward on schedule.
• You will track progress across tasks and milestones, communicate status to team members and clients, and resolve blockers that threaten delivery.

What you'll work on

• Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and visualizations that meet business requirements and evolve with stakeholder feedback.
• Coordinating between technical teams, product owners, and clients to clarify scope, manage expectations, and deliver on commitments.
• Writing SQL queries to extract, validate, and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
• Analyzing data trends and patterns to identify project risks, resource constraints, or performance gaps.

What we're looking for

• Expert-level grasp of Power BI, data visualization best practices, and report design.
• Hands-on experience with project coordination fundamentals: task assignment, timeline management, dependency mapping, and progress tracking.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating needs into action items.
• Strong analytical mind that can spot issues in data and in workflow, and strong organizational approach to managing moving parts.
• SQL and data analysis skills are preferred.
