About the role: - Manage and optimize revenue cycle processes from billing through collection and payment reconciliation - Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure accurate financial records - Process invoices, claims, and payment transactions with attention to compliance and accuracy - Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances to improve cash flow - Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies for resolution - Coordinate with internal teams and clients to address billing inquiries and payment issues What you'll work on: - End-to-end revenue cycle workflows including charge capture, coding, and reimbursement - Data entry and maintenance of financial records in billing systems - Generating reports on revenue metrics and cycle performance - Supporting audit trails and compliance documentation What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification - Ability to start immediately - Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions - Strong organizational and time management skills - Comfort working with billing software and spreadsheet tools Good to know: - Office-based role requiring presence five days per week - United States working hours shift
