What we're looking for: - A minimum of 1 year working in product management or a related product role. - Genuine passion for building experiences that users love to use. - Comfort operating in a high-velocity environment where priorities shift and iteration is constant. - Ability to work collaboratively across teams without ego, learning from colleagues and contributing your own insights. - Skill in identifying what users need most and translating that into concrete product direction. - Demonstrated capacity to define success metrics and drive initiatives that produce measurable business results. Our process: - You will complete a detailed teardown of our platform, analyzing its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. - Your teardown should focus on actionable insights and real-world impact, not theoretical observations. - Based on your analysis and recommendations, we'll identify a specific product area or feature for you to own and build during your time here. Note: Candidates are required to create a product teardown of the platform and share their findings.
