About this role

About the role: - You will build and roll out conversational and voice AI agents that handle real-world business tasks. - You will connect third-party APIs, internal workflows, and enterprise software platforms to create seamless integrations. - You will write backend code, set up automated processes, and create dashboards for reporting and monitoring. - You will partner directly with customers, understanding their needs and turning them into working systems. - You will find and fix issues in live systems, focusing on speed, reliability, and how well the agents perform. What you'll work on: - Debugging and optimizing agent behavior, response times, and accuracy in production environments. - Designing and implementing database schemas and queries for handling agent state and conversation history. - Creating REST APIs and microservices that tie together business logic with AI workflows. What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of Python, API design, database concepts, and systematic debugging. - Real experience shipping code with FastAPI, MongoDB, and Docker. - Hands-on work with large language models, prompt engineering, tool calling, and multi-step agent workflows. - The ability to explain your thinking clearly, ask the right questions, and drive issues to completion rather than leaving them halfway.
