MIS Executive

About the role

• In this MIS function, you will own the design and delivery of management information systems that keep stakeholders and departments informed on key metrics and operational performance.
• You will build, maintain and refresh dashboards and reports that surface insights from across the business, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness at every stage.
• Your work sits at the intersection of IT systems, business process analysis and data visualization, supporting decision-making across the organization.

What you'll work on

• Creating and updating reports and analytics that track business performance against targets and trends.
• Designing automated data pipelines and reports within ERP and other enterprise software platforms.
• Translating business questions into structured data analysis and presenting findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Managing data quality, validation and reconciliation across multiple systems and sources.
• Building interactive dashboards and visual analytics that make complex data accessible and actionable.

What we're looking for

• Proven background working in a management information systems role.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning systems and other business software applications.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data modeling, pivot tables, formulas and statistical analysis.
• Strong command of Power BI and Tableau for dashboard creation and data storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, analyze data, produce reports and communicate findings to business teams.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
