About this role

About the role: - Own the complete journey of engineering work, starting from problem analysis through to production deployment and ongoing support - Ship and refine features rapidly, balancing speed with quality - Lead decisions on system design, performance optimization, security hardening and operational reliability - Partner with product and business teams to translate concepts into straightforward, scalable solutions - Continuously identify bottlenecks, strengthen the platform and raise code quality standards What you'll work on: - End-to-end feature development across the full technology stack - Moving products from initial conception through launch to scaling at speed - Performance tuning, security improvements and reliability engineering - Technical architecture and system-level decisions - Code reviews, debugging complex issues and iterative refinement What we're looking for: - Someone who sees themselves as a builder and creator, not just someone executing tasks - Comfort navigating the 0 → 1 → scale journey independently - Ability to make technical choices with confidence and stand behind them - Willingness to work through uncertainty and solve problems without detailed blueprints - A genuine interest in how your work serves the product and its users - A desire to be responsible for the entire technical foundation of a growing startup Not the right fit if: - Your preference is for a focused role within a single part of the tech stack - You need comprehensive specifications written out before starting work
