About the role: - You'll develop robust, high-performance software systems that power quantitative research and trading infrastructure - Your work will span system-level programming, algorithm optimization, and distributed computing challenges - You'll write code that prioritizes clarity, efficiency and reliability across complex technical domains What we're looking for: - A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a similarly analytical field - A CGPA of 8.5 or above with no active backlogs - Strong programming ability, ideally with C++ as a primary language - Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms and object-oriented design principles - Solid grasp of operating systems, computer architecture and networking fundamentals - Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to break down and solve hard problems - A genuine interest in writing clean, efficient and maintainable code - Experience with high-performance computing, distributed systems, Linux, networking or quantitative trading is a plus, though we value your capacity to learn and reason through novel challenges more than any specific background
