HR Analytics Intern

About the role: - Contribute to HR analytics initiatives across a 6-month internship spanning data analysis, reporting, and process improvement - Build dashboards and reports that inform workforce planning and people strategy decisions - Analyze HR datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for the human resources team - Support the design and implementation of analytics solutions that drive HR operations and decision-making What you'll work on: - Developing and maintaining spreadsheets and data models in Excel or Google Sheets - Creating visualizations and reports from HR data to track metrics like headcount, attrition, hiring pipelines, and performance - Cleaning, organizing and validating datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency - Translating business questions from HR stakeholders into analytical approaches What we're looking for: - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with the ability to work confidently with formulas, pivot tables and data manipulation - Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to break down complex questions into structured analysis - Demonstrated analytical thinking and attention to detail when working with numbers and datasets - Genuine interest in learning new tools and expanding your skillset in data and HR domains - Experience with SQL and Python is valued but not required Good to know: - This is a 6-month internship opportunity - You will gain exposure to real HR challenges and develop practical analytics skills in a fintech environment
